Mutual Hello unlocks Radar so you can walk over in the same space. Radar after mutual Hello is heading + distance on this phone, not live Bluetooth. Un-match anytime and they leave Radar.
That is the night: Hello, then Radar heading + distance, then meet. Everything below supports a real meet — it does not replace walking over and saying hi.
2. Optional tools after Hello, then Radar
Profile toggle: require kiss consent. If either of you has it on, both tap I consent before logging a kiss. Radar heading + distance still works — consent is a green light for a kiss after you meet, not a gate to meet. Either person can revoke. Not a legal contract for physical contact.
Your safe word stays on-device (never uploaded). In Safety Mode with the app open: one recognition revokes match consent and logs an event; three times in a short window opens a full-screen path to dial 911 (pre-filled), sound a siren, and SMS a safe contact with location. No silent always-on wake word. No silent auto-dial.
Designate trusted people outside the date. Share a meetup: they get a message (from your phone) with a live status page and you run a check-in timer you control — “I’m safe,” +30 minutes, or end. Contacts see first-name status only (no GPS track on the status page).
Location only while you’re Available — latest position only, no history table. No third-party ad SDKs. You choose who can Hello you (including window-shop without appearing). Full privacy →
